West London Initiative on Single Homelessness

Sustained research indicates a growing and under-resourced need amongst this isolated and vulnerable group. This is exacerbated at Christmas time, in response to which WISH opens its Christmas Roof.  Feedback from rough sleepers at Christmas highlights the need for a  year-round service to provide contact, advice and assistance to the most lonely and overlooked members of our society.

Following research previously conducted by WISH, a detailed plan has been developed and awaits implementation, subject to sufficient and continuing funding becoming available.
