Research was continuing amongst those who would
be using the Sunday Breakfast Club to determine the most appropriate service.
It was envisaged that a simple fixed low cost menu would be the best way
to begin. Once the club becomes established further services may be added
as the needs are identified. |

A working group comprising WISH and Crisis
was formed to examine ways in which a more integrated service could be
provided at Christmas.
This has enabled users of the Christmas shelters to have a greater
knowledge of the services and locations through joint publication of details.
It will continue to co-ordinate opening and closing dates, procurement
of buildings, supplies and transport and logistics and the recruitment
of volunteers. This group may be expanded in the future to incorporate
other service providers |
