The Roof this year provided 334 bed space nights.
The number of guests sleeping at the Roof increased over the week.

JANUARY
As soon as our last guest left the Roof, clearing up began. As well as returning the building in good repair to its owners, any equipment that had been lent to us had to be returned which means work continued into early January. 4 5 6 7
We were delighted to receive some spontaneous feedback from our guests. When they had gone, we found they had left a thank you note on the wall, which had been signed by a lot of them.

During the Roof we had collected various statistics. We do not ask our guests to "sign in" or for any information on arrival. However, the healthcare services, who see approximately two thirds of all our guests, have to take some details when they treat
them and this information was analysed.

We helped over 100 homeless people this year. Approximately three quarters were men and at least 49% of them had been sleeping rough before coming to the Roof. The age range was from 20 to 73 years, with an average of 40.7 years (median 40).
