| In what has fast become an established tradition, August
was the time when we invited our volunteers to express their views on our
current or planned services. A meeting was held where the management committee
reported the results of the previous year's efforts, and invited questions
and comments. |

| This was the opportunity when volunteers had
a chance to put names to the faces of the management committee. In the
hurly burly of the Roof they would have seen all them but may not have
established who's who. |
| At this meeting, future developments were unveiled
and discussed and volunteers were encouraged to bring forward ideas or
suggestions. These ranged from simple procedural changes to large major
pieces of work. All of these were considered by the meeting and were taken
on by the management committee for further deliberation. |

a chance to see the management committee letting it's hair down! |
